How to Use: Primer - Eye Spy

Step 1: Prep
Ensure your eyelids are clean and dry. For the best results, apply after your favorite Carol Beauty & Health Eye Cream.

Step 2: Apply
Use the applicator to dab a tiny amount of primer onto each eyelid. Remember: a little goes a long way!

Step 3: Blend
Gently tap and blend the primer across the entire lid using your ring finger, moving from the lash line to the brow bone.

Step 4: Set
Wait 30 seconds for the primer to "grip" and set before applying your eyeshadow. This ensures maximum color vibrancy and zero creasing.
