We are currently seeking experienced professionals for the following four (4) core pillars of our enterprise:

1. Public Relations & Corporate Administrator (PR & Admin)

  • The Role: You will be the official voice and organizational backbone of CAROL BEAUTY & HEALTH. You will handle international media relations, press releases, corporate communications, and high-level administrative tasks to streamline our global operations.
  • Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in PR, agency, or corporate administration, preferably within the beauty, luxury, or wellness sectors. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.

2. Customer Experience Specialist (Customer Service & Order Logistics)

  • The Role: You will curate the ultimate shopping journey for our global clientele. Your responsibilities include handling international order fulfillment logistics, managing inquiries via our advanced QuickCEP platform, and ensuring our "diamond-grade" service standard is met with empathy and efficiency.
  • Requirements: Prior experience in e-commerce customer service (Shopify ecosystem preferred). Ability to manage multi-channel inquiries with a solutions-oriented mindset.

3. Quality Control & R&D Product Specialist (QC & Patent Development)

  • The Role: You will protect our brand's most sacred asset: quality. You will oversee batch testing and supply-chain quality control with our Canadian facilities, while spearheading our long-term research and development (R&D) pipelines to engineer exclusive, trademarked, and patented beauty formulations.
  • Requirements: A solid background in cosmetic science, chemistry, formulation engineering, or skincare quality assurance. Proven track record in product lifecycle management or proprietary ingredient development.

4. Brand Copywriter & Digital Growth Marketer (Copywriting & Ad Operations)

  • The Role: You will translate the science of Carol Beauty & Health into compelling consumer narratives. You will craft high-converting product descriptions, email campaigns, and execute paid acquisition strategies (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads) to scale our 10月份 Launch and beyond.
  • Requirements: Proven portfolio in beauty/wellness copywriting and direct-response ad operations. Deep understanding of North American consumer psychology and ROAS optimization.
