1.    Returns & Refunds Policy (Hygiene & Safety)

At CAROL BEAUTY & HEALTH, to ensure the highest safety and hygiene standards for all our customers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any beauty or wellness products once they have been dispatched.

  • All sales are final. This policy ensures that every item you receive is brand new, untampered with, and safe for your skin.
  • Because our products are curated and freshly prepared for each order, we do not accept returns for "change of mind."

2. Damaged or Defective Items
We take immense pride in our quality control. However, if you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Please contact us at support@carolbeautyhealth.com within 7 days of receiving your package.
  • You must provide clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging. While an unboxing video is not mandatory, it is highly recommended to expedite your claim.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a complimentary replacement to you.

3. Shipping & Delivery Issues

  • We are committed to delivering your wellness essentials promptly. If a package is confirmed as "Lost in Transit" by our carrier (Canada Post/Courier), we will issue a replacement to you immediately.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

4. Allergic Reactions & Sensitivities
We recommend reviewing our full ingredient list (available on each product page) before purchase. As everyone’s skin is unique, CAROL BEAUTY & HEALTH is not responsible for individual skin reactions. We suggest performing a patch test before full application.

5. Subscription & Fees

  • Any recurring subscription fees or digital services are non-refundable once processed. Please manage your account settings to cancel future billing before the renewal date.
