1. Order Processing Time
l All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
l Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during our peak promotion seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days.
2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
l Once your wellness essentials are on their way, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing a unique tracking number within 24-48 hours. You can monitor your package’s tracking portal.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We prioritize efficiency and quality. Since we ship directly from our Canadian and North American hubs, shipping times are as follows:
l Canada: 3-5 business days (Standard)
l United States: 3-7 business days
l Europe & Australia: 7-14 business days (Based on custom will affect)
l Rest of the World: 10-21 business days

l (Important Note on Peak Seasons: Please note that during holiday seasons and peak periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas, and major sales), order processing and delivery times may be extended by an additional 3-5 business days due to high volume with our carriers. l Canada: FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $120 USD. For orders under $120, a flat rate of $9.99 USD applies.
l United States: FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $120 USD. For orders under $120, a flat rate of $14.99 USD applies.
l European: FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $120 USD. For orders under $120, a flat rate of $14.99 USD applies.
l International (Including HONG KONG): FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $150 USD. For orders under $150, a flat rate of $40 USD applies.
4. Incorrect Shipping Address
l Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important)
l No Import Duties: We are pleased to inform our customers that you do NOT need to pay import duties on your order. We handle the complexities of international logistics so you can enjoy your shopping experience worry-free.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
Once a product has been dispatched
We take full responsibility for manufacturing defects to ensure you receive the highest quality wellness products.
l Covered: Damage caused during the formulation or production process, such as defective packaging or incomplete product contents.
l Not Covered: Damage resulting from personal negligence, improper storage, or normal wear and tear from daily use.
l Process: To help us resolve the issued quickly, please provide clear photos of the defect within 7 days of delivery. While an unboxing video is not mandatory, it is highly recommended to expedite your claim.
l Our Guarantee: If your item arrives damaged of has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at email support@carolbeautyhealth.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will prioritize sending you a complimentary replacement to ensure your satisfaction.
